Shipping Transit Times and Rates
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not fulfilled on weekends or holidays.
Shipping estimates are from the time the selected shipping service receives your package. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method at checkout.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been placed, you’ll first receive an order confirmation email. Once the order has been fulfilled, a shipment notification email with tracking information will follow. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information in the email to be updated.
If you have not received tracking after your have placed your order, please check your junk mail. If the email is nowhere to be found, please reach out to us directly.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Cowboy Collectives is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We are currently only taking US orders at this time.
